Invitation: Public memorial service for Prof. Dr. Stephan Dabbert  [17.10.24]

He was a “perspicacious leader who worked to integrate different perspectives, and a special individual who worked tirelessly for his university and its people,” wrote the University of Hohenheim in its obituary for the president. “We had the pleasure of getting to know Professor Dabbert as a person with strong democratic and humanistic values, who knew how to take a stand even in a crisis-ridden world, and who always saw the human being in his counterpart with empathy.”

With a public memorial service, the University of Hohenheim bids farewell to its popular president, who had a decisive influence on the University during his 12 years in office and led it on the road to success. Everyone is cordially invited to the memorial service. A funeral service and the burial will take place in advance among family and friends.
