The coordinators and their assistants (senior students of the master programs) are the first contact persons for many questions and also form the link to lecturers, professors and the university’s administration.
They are responsible for
- Initial information and advice concerning the international Master's Programs, communication with applicants
- Handling the applications
- Provision of up-to-date information about the programs on the internet and in all relevant media
- Communication with embassies and other public offices
- Organisation of introductory seminars and other events at the beginning of the studies
- Organisation of feedback meetings with lecturers, study related workshops, excursions, seminars, academic writing aid, and the graduation ceremony
- Guidance throughout the entire study period
- Facilitating communication between students and lecturers and students and administrative offices
- Trouble-shooting
- Maintenance of contact with alumni
In addition to all services mentioned above a diverse range of seminars and workshops, carried out by different departments of the universities or external partners, has been prepared in order to make studying with us fruitful and successful.
